After you create your account you will be prompted to subscribe by clicking the "subscribe now" button. You can choose which subscription option you would like and click subscribe. You will then be prompted to enter your credit card information or pay via Apple Pay.
You can also subscribe by going to the More Menu and click on Subscriptions.
