You will first need to ask the brokerage where you are moving the account to help initiate the transfer. Once the brokerage has submitted the transfer forms to our clearing firm, Velox Clearing LLC, they will work to transfer your assets out.
To avoid any delays, before you begin the process, make sure to resolve any negative balances or account restrictions.
